On a dark stage with a glowing moon and starry backdrop, one puppeteer flies a small winged puppet while another operates a child puppet inside a wooden window frame.

The Everywhere Bear

The Production

Polka Theatre, Little Angel Theatre and Royal & Derngate Northampton’s 2023 co-production brought Julia Donaldson and Rebecca Cobb’s picture book to Polka’s Adventure Theatre. A puppet-filled stage adaptation for ages 3–7, it combined rhyme, original music and expressive puppetry to follow the Bear’s journey back to Class One.
