The Production

The Thelmas and Pleasance’s 2023 Edinburgh Fringe production of Guleraana Mir and afshan d’souza-lodhi’s Santi & Naz played Pleasance Courtyard after winning the Charlie Hartill Fund. Set in pre-partition India, the two-hander follows an intense friendship between a Sikh girl and a Muslim girl as queer identity and looming political division collide.
